HUMAN

The Homeless and Unsheltered Multi-Agency Network (HUMAN) is a multi-disciplinary and data driven alliance that responds to homelessness in the Milford community, making it rare, brief and non-recurring.

HUMAN’s goals are:

• To end stigma surrounding individuals and people experiencing homelessness

• Identify and address the direct needs of individuals experiencing homelessness

• To coordinate and monitor key data elements that measure need and system capacity; implementing cross-departmental and community-based solutions.
