All Ins

"All In" is a grassroots network of civic alliances across multiple Connecticut municipalities. These groups bring neighbors together across political lines to focus on local government engagement, food security, and affordable housing.

The network operates across several distinct municipalities in the Naugatuck Valley and surrounding coastal areas. The primary local "All In" chapters are:

All In for Milford

All In for Ansonia

All In for Derby

All In for Oxford

All In for Seymour

The chapters operate with shared community-driven goals, primarily divided into three sub-categories:

• Affordable Housing Initiatives: Pushing for local modifications to expand zoning, such as loosening restrictions on accessory dwelling units (ADUs) to make housing more accessible.

• Food Insecurity Resources: Launching, expanding, and cross-promoting community food pantries and food-recovery operations to keep fresh food out of landfills and get it to families in need.

• Local Civic Engagement: Diversifying and expanding voter turnout and public meeting attendance—encouraging ordinary citizens to show up and speak at planning, zoning, and board of education meetings.
